About DimCheck

DimCheck analyzes dimensional weight, identifies package-size risks, and finds safer box dimensions. It answers four questions for anyone who ships parcels:

What will this package be billed as?
Is dimensional weight hurting me?
Am I close to a carrier surcharge threshold?
Which of my SKUs should I fix first?

How it works

Every calculation runs on structured carrier-rule configuration, not on remembered numbers. Each rule links to the official FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL documentation it was verified against, with retrieval dates, and a weekly automated check flags any official page that changes — for human review. Privacy by design

Package and CSV data are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Saved packages live in your browser's local storage. There are no accounts. Read the privacy policy.

What DimCheck is not

DimCheck is not a rate-quoting service, and it does not produce carrier invoices or dollar estimates. It does not create shipping labels. It is a diagnostic tool: it tells you what the rules say about your package, and what you can change.
