Expected columns: sku, name, length, width, height, dimension_unit, actual_weight, weight_unit, monthly_shipments, carrier, custom_dim_divisor, safety_allowance. Dimension and weight units default to in and lb; carrier defaults to generic; monthly_shipments is optional — missing values are treated as unknown, never as zero. Download the template from the upload box above.
The two rankings
- Business Impact answers "which active SKU may create the largest aggregate dimensional-weight exposure?" It ranks known active SKUs by Monthly Excess Billable Weight (DIM excess × monthly shipments) — a weight-exposure metric, not a dollar-savings estimate. Rows with missing shipment volume are listed separately as Unknown; rows with zero shipments are excluded by default.
- Packaging Severity answers "which SKU has the strongest dimensional-weight mismatch?" It ranks every valid row by DIM Penalty % regardless of shipment volume.
Privacy and security
Your CSV is processed entirely in your browser and is not uploaded. Exported files are protected against spreadsheet formula injection, and the analyzer handles malformed rows, huge files, and missing columns without crashing. See the privacy policy and the methodology.
