Package and CSV data

Package dimensions, weights, and CSV uploads are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to any server. Your CSV is not sent anywhere. Saved packages are stored in your browser's local storage and stay on your device unless you clear them.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, DimCheck records product usage events (for example, that a calculation was completed or a carrier compared). Analytics never include raw CSV data, SKU identifiers, or user-defined package names.

Microsoft Clarity

This site uses Microsoft Clarity, on the production environment only, to understand aggregate site usage and improve usability. Clarity provides session replay, heatmaps, and interaction analytics (such as rage clicks, dead clicks, and scroll behavior). Clarity uses cookies and anonymous identifiers for this purpose.

Sensitive business information is intentionally masked in Clarity recordings. The following never appear in session replays: uploaded CSV contents, SKU values, package names, uploaded file names, and other user-entered identifiers. Plain numeric package dimensions and weights may be visible in recordings; no package, SKU, or CSV data is ever sent to Clarity as custom events or metadata.

No accounts

DimCheck has no account system and collects no personal information to operate.

Share links

Shareable URLs contain only the package dimensions and settings you calculated — the same information visible in the result. Anyone with the link can see those numbers. Do not put information in share links that you would not want shared.
